HCM City will launch Saigon Big Sales 2013 to promote sales and tourism from December 1-31.
The event will be held at about 1,000 sales points that meet the city's tourism service standards as well as trade centres, traditional markets that attract a large number of tourists like Ben Thanh and Binh Tay markets, and sale points of restaurants, hotels and travel agencies.
The event will be organised by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in cooperation with the Department of Industry and Trade and the HCM City Tourism Association.
