Launched in 1998, Buffet Ganh prepared by chefs at Bong Sen Hotel harmonizes the Western serving style and the culinary culture of Viet Nam. Featuring many traditional delicacies of the three regions, the buffet is recommended for gourmets to enjoy traditional Vietnamese dishes.
