Reality show on Vietnamese culture and cuisine to be aired in the US

The English version of the reality show ‘Martin Yan-Taste of Viet Nam’ will be aired on US television channels, KQED, PBS and APT, starting on September 6.

Earlier, the Vietnamese version was broadcast on HTV7 channel in Viet Nam in 2013

In the 26-episode reality show, the world famous Chinese - American chef Martin Yan will take us on a journey across provinces and cities of Viet Nam and present his experience and discovery of Vietnamese nature, culture, cuisine and people during the trip. He will also demonstrate his cooking secrets and techniques.

Following the success of reality show ‘Martin Yan-Taste of Viet Nam’, which promoted local tourism and cuisine, the city based Dien Quan Media Company and Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association  kicked off in last December the second part of the show featuring American Chef Robert Danhi. The show will be screened on HTV7 channel at 9 p.m since July 18.
