(TITC) - On 15th September, in Ha Noi, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province organized a press conference to introduce “The 5th art festival of Then singing and Tinh instrumental music of ethnic groups of Tay, Nung, Thai” in Tuyen Quang on 24th -26th September.
