Tales by Chapter utilizes every part of the ingredient - transforming stems, branches, flowers, and fruits into flavorful dishes, fermenting leftovers into unique spices and drinks, and crafting sauces and teas.
The restaurant’s first plant-based menu, ZERO, ensures that each ingredient undergoes a complete lifecycle, originating from a farm in Dalat and going through a full-cycle process. The 14-dish set menu is priced from VND1,650,000++ per person (excluding beverages).
With a mission to deliver exquisite culinary experiences while promoting environmental sustainability, Tales by Chapter transforms food consumption into an art form, setting a new standard for conscious dining in Vietnam.
