Kayaking on the river |
Located in the core area of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, on the bank of Chay River, Toi Cave typifies geological tectonics of 400-500 million years ago. Explored and named by the British Caving Association (BCA) in 1992, the cave has length of 5,258m, width of 50m, height of 80m and includes front entrance (adjacent to Chay River) and back entrance (next to the forest).
The cave has many kinds of stalactites with abundant colors and shapes. In particular, some rare stalactites with parasitic fern are vestige of geology in strong motion period.
