Skytrax looked back over the last year to see which Airlines and Airports were voted into the world’s Top 100 category by travellers in its 2015 global passenger survey.
Airline passengers scored the Customer Experience quality for each airline, covering the product and service standards on the ground and on-board flights.
The Airport winners were decided by traveller’s scoring their experience across different airport service and product indicators – from check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security and immigration through to departure at the gate.
Ha Noi’s Noi Bai International Airport made the cut and was listed 82 on the top 100, voted on by 13.25 million airline customers across 106 nations during the nine-month survey period.
