A contest was launched in Ha Noi on April 19 to design souvenirs with the hallmark of the capital city in 2016 by the Ha Noi College of Art and Ha Noi Department of Tourism.
M.A. Duong Minh Anh, principal of Ha Noi College of Art said the contest will be a playground for Ha Noi lovers from inside the country and abroad to show their sentiment through creative products.
The contest is open to painters, professional and amateur fine art designers, students and civil servants who are working and living in Ha Noi.
Entries will be sent to the jury board between May 2 and August 22. The awards ceremony will be held on October 10.
The first prize winner will be awarded VND30 million in cash and a tour for two persons in Ba Vi tourism site.
