Jointly held by the Kinh te & Do thi (Economics and Urban) newspaper, the Ha Noi Elderly Photographers Club and the Centre for Scientific and Cultural Activities of the Temple of Literature, the event is part of activities marking the 64th anniversary of the city’s Liberation Day (October 10).
