According to the website, solo travelers would soon get a taste of Hanoi as they set foot on the busy traffic streets and begin to explore the local culture, distinctive architecture, and the exquisite yet affordable cuisine.
Booking.com said that visitors can hop on a Full-day City Tour to visit several of the city’s most significant temples and historical buildings such as Tran Quoc Pagoda built in the 6th century, one of the city’s oldest pagodas, the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Museum of Ethnology.
Food-lovers are also advised to join a guided street food tour that walks them through the city’s most iconic restaurants.
“Don’t forget to stop along the way and taste the first-try ‘egg coffee’ while in Hanoi”, Booking.com suggested.
Rounding off the list of the top 6 ideal destinations to go on Singles Day include Liverpool of the UK, Ko Ngai of Thailand, Bad Füssing of Germany, Búzios of Brazil, and Yaeyama Islands of Japan.
