Well-known chefs from top hotels in Hanoi, including the Sofitel Legend Metropole, Sofitel Plaza, Intercontinental Westlake and Movenpick, will present legendary European dishes, specialties and beverages such as wines, cheeses and processed foods.

Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham), Preben Hjorlund, said the event has become a EuroCham tradition in Hanoi that contributes to strengthening ties between Europe and Vietnam while bringing a fantastic culinary festival to the international community and local residents of the capital.
