(TITC) - The program "Tourism through Northeastern Viet Nam's heritage sites" was held for the first time in 2009, alternately amongst 6 provinces of Northern region of Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang.
In 2013, the 5th program on "Tourism through Northeastern Viet Nam's heritage sites" will take place from 4-7th Nov. 2013 in Lang Son province. It also coincides with the 182nd anniversary of the establishment of Lang Son Province and 104th birthday anniversary of Hoang Van Thu (the great communist comrade of Viet Nam).
There will be many meaningful activities in the framework of tourism program aiming to introduce culture and tourism potentials of Northeastern provinces of Viet Nam; to enhance cultural and knowledge exchange as well as to attract tourists and investors to the region.
As scheduled, the opening ceremony will be live-broadcasted at 20:00 on 4th Nov. on VTV2.
The program is a promising opportunity for Northeastern Provinces to introduce their tourism potentials and advantages to domestic and international tourists.
