Da Nang’s newest and most luxurious beachside destination, Premier Village Danang Resort, has introduced its Ca Chuon Co (Flying Fish) seafood restaurant this month.
Set just off the beach, with commanding views of the pool, gardens and the long stretch of pristine sand, people to Ca Chuon Co will enjoy seafood and other cuisines prepared by chef Le Thanh Nam who has had over 16 years’ experience working in four and five star hotels throughout Viet Nam.
Highlights at the restaurant are its stylish ‘fish-bone’ ceiling and walls, the live marine animals and aquariums, to the intricate floor tiles and contemporary seating.
To mark the opening, the restaurant offers a 15% discount to the total food and beverage bill, with an additional 10% discount for groups of 10 and above in June and July.
As well, those who spend over VND500,000 per person will get two complimentary glasses of either house wine or draft beer (free soft drinks and juice are also available). In conjunction with the restaurant’s promotion, there are also Happy Hour specials at the Nautica Beach Club (Half-Price on all drinks 5-7 pm) and an Opening Promotion on all food and beverages throughout the resort (15% off total bill).
