A photography contest themed ‘Viet Nam – Landscape – People’, was launched on June 3 in Hanoi for professional and amateur photographers across the country.
Entries in the contest, co-organised by the Viet Nam Association of Photographic Artists and Viet Nam Pictorial, must reflect the beauty of Viet Nam’s nature, landscape and heritage, ethnic minority people, or outstanding examples during the current Doi Moi (Renovation) and national construction and defence.
Additionally, the organising board encouraged entries on Viet Nam’s sea and islands.
The contest offers an opportunity for amateur and professional photographers to demonstrate their talents and exchange experiences.
Entries may be submitted to the website vietnam.vnanet.vn. The deadline for entries is August 31.
An awards ceremony is expected to be held on October 14.
