At a meeting with the provincial People’s Committee on September 30, the Taiwanese group vowed to expedite all formalities as soon as possible to speed up the issuance of an investment certificate for the project.

The group also pledged to carry out the project in 2015 and complete by June 2021.

Nguyen Van Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh People’s Committee, asked relevant agencies to speed up the finalisation of all formalities to ensure the granting of an investment certificate to the group in this month.
