The ancient city of Hoi An has introduced new craft products made from Firmiana colorata, commonly known as the Chinese parasol tree, a big tree in Cham Island.
The ancient city of Hoi An has launched a variety of tourism promotions between May and August, officials at the city's Culture and Sport Centre said.
Cham Island, 18km off the coast of Hoi An, will host a series programmes to mark the fifth anniversary of its recognition as a world biosphere reserve by UNESCO from Friday to Monday.
Central coastal provinces and cities will launch interesting programs during the marine tourism season.
