At least 98 organisations and 150,000 visitors are expected to participate in this year’s Viet Nam Days in Japan festival to take place at Yoyogi Park in Tokyo on September 13-14.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan on June 17 announced that it will loosen tourism visa rules for four Asian countries, including Viet Nam, to double international tourist arrivals to the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

(TITC) - Ha Long Cherry Blossom Festival 2014 will take place from 11 to 13 April in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. The festival is organized by People’s Committee of Ha Long City and Wanokai International Culture Association from Japan.
The Vietnam Society of Travel Agents (VISTA) on December 15 launched Japan Outbound Travel Club, including 24 international travel agencies which bring Vietnamese tourists to Japan.
The two governments plan to join hands to reach the target of bringing 1 million Japanese visitors to Viet Nam and 200,000 Vietnamese people to Japan in 2015.
