The Organising Committee of the 2025 Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) announced on May 8 that it is urgently completing the main stage for DIFF 2025 which will cover more than 1,600 square meters, representing a 60% increase compared to last year’s and marking it as the largest stage in the festival's history.

The 2025 DIFF stage will not only be centrally located for convenience but will also impress attendees with its "super-huge" size. It will feature double the width, an open design, and a large-scale mechanical dome system, with the central dome reaching a height of 21 meters. This year’s stage is expected to be one of the most magnificent structures in the 15-year history of DIFF.
In addition to its expanded size, the 2025 DIFF stage will also mark a leap forward in performance technology. A flexible mechanical system with five lifting domes allows the stage to be transformed for each performance.
Moreover, the new generation of LED floor technology and the upgraded surround sound system promise to bring an explosive visual and auditory experience from every angle.
The special highlight of this year's festival season is the integration of augmented reality (AR) technology through the Sun Paradise Land app. With just a smartphone, the audience can interact and enjoy fireworks in a completely new way - a creative push that carries the spirit of the "new era" of DIFF 2025.
Inspired by the symbol of Marble Mountains and the ocean, the DIFF 2025 stage is designed with the image of a bright pearl in the middle of the ocean, symbolizing the aspiration to rise and shine of Da Nang. The stage is surrounded by lines simulating mountains and waves, expressing the spirit of solidarity and harmony - the message that DIFF this year wants to convey.
With the theme "Da Nang - The New Rising Era", DIFF 2025 will bring together 10 of the world’s leading fireworks teams from Viet Nam, Finland, England, Portugal, Poland, South Korea, Italy, Canada and China.
This is the longest festival ever, and also marks the 50th anniversary of the city’s Liberation - an event of great historical and cultural significance.
