(TITC) – With the theme “Ha Noi - Essence of traditional crafts”, Ha Noi Traditional Craft Village Tourism Festival 2016 will be held at Thang Long Royal Citadel from 29 September to 2 October 2016.

In the framework of the festival, a series of activities will be organized, including: exhibition; workshop on “Viet Nam craft villages in association with tourism development and international integration”; cultural and art activities, making traditional handicraft products, folk games…
The festival aims to introduce traditional culture of Thang Long - Ha Noi and contribute to preserving, honoring, developing traditional crafts. This is also an opportunity to promote tourism potential of the traditional craft villages and connect travel businesses with the villages.
Ha Noi Traditional Craft Village Tourism Festival is a part of activities to celebrate 62nd anniversary of the Ha Noi Liberation Day (October 10, 1954-2016) and respond to the National Tourism Year 2016, Phu Quoc - Mekong Delta.
The Festival organized last year had 300 booths of traditional craft villages making products of rattan, ceramics, embroidery, folk paintings, textiles…
