Update: May 03, 2017
(TITC) – On 28 April 2017, in Ha Noi, Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) held a meeting with international bloggers after their trip exploring Ha Noi and Kong: Skull Island’s filming locations in Viet Nam.

Sharing his feeling, German blogger Longin Beznhard said that this trip was absolutely interesting and unexpected for them. They were totally impressed by the fascinating landscapes of Ha Noi, Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh and Quang Binh. In the coming time, Viet Nam should keep promoting tourism via Hollywood blockbusters.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ngo Hoai Chung – Vice Chairman of VNAT warmly welcomed the international bloggers on their visit to Viet Nam. He emphasized that Kong: Skull Island brought Viet Nam a golden opportunity to popularize tourism. He also informed the American director Jordan Vogt-Roberts has officially named Viet Nam’s Tourism Ambassador by the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Thanks to the positive influences of the film, tours “Following Kong’s footprint” has become very attractive to travellers within the country and overseas.

He hoped that after this trip the international bloggers would share their experiences  about Viet Nam with their friends and international community, which would help further promote Viet Nam to the public and attract more visitors to Viet Nam.
