Notably, several units have registered to organise large-scale pavilions, including the Republic of Korea (270sq.m), Ha Noi (180sq.m), Vietravel (252sq.m), and Hanoi Redtours (126sq.m).

Under the theme of “Online travel, Viet Nam tourism looks toward the fourth industrial revolution,” the VITM 2018 will contain numerous activities encouraging enterprises to gain access to and grasp business opportunities in the digital era.

It will see the participation of travel companies from 20 countries and territories.

A seminar themed “Online travel – inevitable trend of Viet Nam’s tourism” will take place, together with pavilions for 10 online travel agencies.

The Viet Nam Tourism Association calls on travel agencies to promptly apply modern technologies to sell their products, thus promoting their capacity to attract and serve customers online.

Following the success of VITM 2017, an international street food festival will be held as well, offering visitors with signature street food of Viet Nam and other countries.

In addition, more than 40,000 low-budgetary air tickets and 15,000 discounted package tours will be on offer at the fair.
