Liberty speeds up two city hotel projects

Que Huong Liberty Joint Stock Co., is quickening construction of its two new hotels Novotel Saigon Centre and Pullman Saigon Centre to ensure they are put into operation in 2012 and 2013 respectively as scheduled.

Novotel Saigon Centre, which was known as Que Huong 1 Hotel, started construction in April last year at 165-167 Hai Ba Trung Street in downtown HCMC.

The four-star hotel, designed with three basements and an 18-storey hotel including 250 rooms, restaurants and conference halls, is managed by Acor group. The project belongs to Liberty with total investment of VND1.03 trillion.

Also, Pullman Saigon Centre is one of numerous key hotel projects invested by Liberty in the city. The five-star hotel, with three basements and a 24-storey building with 300 rooms, is scheduled to be opened in 2013 with services and products such as restaurants, conference halls and health clubs.
