(TITC) - The 9th Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day themed "Green Heritage Culture and Tourism Week, meeting place of people and nature" will be held at Vietnam Culture-Art Exhibition Center on 23rd Nov. 2013.
This program hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism aims to enhance public understanding of the values of Vietnam original cultural and natural heritage, to promote ecotourism, to lure international tourists, to stimulate domestic tourism, and to affirm the strength of Vietnam's tourism.
This is an opportunity for localities to exchange their experiences in preserving and upholding of the values of cultural and natural heritage, in harmonious development between human and nature in the biosphere reserves, national parks, nature reserves...
The Week will have many interesting activities such as exhibition on "Green Heritage Culture Tourism Week 2013 in Hanoi, meeting place of people and nature"; program "Youth and Vietnam Cultural and Natural Heritage resources - Day of "returning to the roots" on 23rd November 2013"; promotion of cultural, tourism and gastronomic products and of biosphere reserves and national parks.

23rd November is selected as Vietnam cultural Heritage Day, which has become an efficacious activity to uphold traditions, raise consciousness of the people working to protect and promote Vietnam cultural heritage values and also to encourage public to actively participate in preserving and upholding national heritage values.
