During 10-day-festival, food lovers in Hanoi, especially those keen on Japanese gastronomy, will have the exclusive opportunity to contemplate and savour a wide range of Japanese dishes served in the hotel.

Chef Yasuhiro Ohara will introduce a vast array of traditional Japanese foods, from famous dishes such as sushi, sashimi, Mizutaki hotpot and Okyuto, specialties of his hometown, Fukuoka.

The event is expected to bring about a solemn and friendly atmosphere to the participants. Earlier, Vietnamese Food Vietnam, hosted by Chef Nguyen Sy Hai from ANA Crowne Plaze West Hanoi Hotel, was held at the ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka, Japan from September 7-29.
