Two Hilton hotels in Ha Noi receive Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor

(TITC) – TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel website, awarded the Certificate of Excellence 2014 to hotels of Hilton Hanoi Opera and Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi.

This prestigious award is given to businesses in the field of hospitality that achieve outstanding traveler reviews on the website of TripAdvisor.

To obtain this award, businesses need to maintain an overall rating of four star or higher, out of a possible five star, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor as well as the volume of reviews received within 12 months.

Approximately 10% of the total number of hotels and resorts listed on TripAdvisor receive this award annually.

This is the 3rd consecutive time Hilton Hanoi Opera has received this award and the first time for Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi after a year in operation.
