Hotels put on food programs for holiday

Many leading hotels in town have prepared their gastronomy programs to serve guests on Reunification Day (April 30) and Int’l Labor Day (May 1).

Caravelle Hotel

The hotel’s Nineteen Buffet Restaurant on the ground floor is offering a sumptuous dinner buffet, with Vietnamese delicacies alongside timeless Asian and Continental favorites, from fresh oysters and seafood, to salads, soups, steamed fish, live grilling stations and tempting desserts.

Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon

There is a special room offer at the price of VND2.3 million ++/Deluxe per night from now until May 3. The long holiday package includes 25% discount for airport pick-up, one complimentary glass of fresh juice in Tropicana pool bar, shuttle bus for Saigon sightseeing, free access to swimming pool and fitness center, free Internet access, plus 15% off on F&B at Atrium Café, Legend Lounge and Yoshino Restaurant.

Additionally, the Atrium Café celebrates the national holiday with sumptuous international brunch and dinner buffet, featuring seafood, beef, lobster and foie gras, and a free flow of selected wine, beer, cocktails, fruit juices, soft drinks, tea and coffee. 

Diners have free use of swimming pool between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

The Saigon Café on level 1 of the hotel tomorrow will offer a buffet night with a wide range of fresh seafood, Japanese specialties, Vietnamese cuisines, cook-to-order action station with live seafood and fresh meat and carving station. There are also highlighted food of the night including grilled beef steak with foie gras cream sauce, baked whole sturgeon fish, and lobster with Mornay sauce. There is a free flow of sparkling wine, house wine, coffee and tea.
