The Ban Flower Festival will be held from March 13-18 this year in the northwest province of Dien Bien and featuring a wide range of activities, heard a press conference in Dien Bien Phu City on January 7.
(TTIC) - Since 2014, Ban Flower Festival has become an annual event held in Dien Bien Phu City, Dien Bien Province in the middle of March. It’s associated with celebrating the opening activity of Dien Bien Phu Campaign (13 March 1954).
The Ban Flower Festival 2018 will open in Dien Bien Phu City, the northwestern province of Dien Bien, on March 18.
A ceremony was held in Dien Bien Phu City, the northern mountainous province of Dien Bien on March 12 to open the 2017 local Ban (Bauhinia) Flower Festival and the fifth Culture – Sports – Tourism Festival.
The Ban Flower Festival 2017 is scheduled to begin in March next year in the northern province of Dien Bien, together with the fifth Culture – Sports – Tourism Festival, according to the provincial People’s Committee.
The 2015 Ban Flower Festival kicked off in the northwestern province of Dien Bien on March 13.
