Up to 228,900 visitors arrived in Ha Noi during the New Year holiday 2018 from December 30 – January 1, up 11 percent annually, according to the municipal Department of Tourism.
The Mekong Delta city of Can Tho welcomed 7.5 million tourist arrivals in 2017, 34 percent beyond the yearly plan and up 40 percent from 2016.
The number of tourists to Da Nang is estimated to increase 30.1 percent to over 290,000 on holidays between April 30 and May 1 against the same period last year.

The northern province of Quang Ninh greeted more than 6.1 million tourist arrivals in the first nine months of this year, up 1% year on year, in which arrivals to the province in September reached over 400,000, reported the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

(TITC) - According to Thua Thien Hue’s Deparment of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in the first quarter of 2014, the province attracted 650,662 tourist arrivals, increasing by 2.3% over the same period last year.
The Mekong Delta province of Kien Giang will work to attract at least four million tourist arrivals, including 185,000 foreign arrivals, in 2014, according to the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The central province of Thua Thien-Hue targets 2.8 – 3 million tourist arrivals and a tourism turnover of 2.9 trillion VND (138.1 million USD) for 2014, a yearly rise of 18 percent.
