Hotel management company Epikurean Villas Hotels & Hideouts has added to its management portfolio a luxury resort in the central Province of Phu Yen, increasing the number of properties in Vietnam under its management to six.
Epikurean has renamed the resort as Bai Tram Hideout from the previous La Perla Bai Tram Hideaway Retreat, which was opened three years ago.
The local hotel management Hotel Collection Indochine (HCI), an affiliate of Epikurean, will join hands to run and market the property, which has seven luxury private pool villas over a 90-hectare area along 900 meters of white sand beach.
The company says plans are underway to bring the total number of pool villas to 14 in the coming time. The accommodations are designed to complement traditional Vietnamese style.
The resort’s room rates are offered from US$360 to US$960 per room night.
Hotel Collection Indochine has managed six properties in the local market, including the 78-room resort Ana Mandara Hue launched last October, and the 175-room resort Ana Mandara Ninh Binh.
