The festival boasted the participation of 2600 artists from 31 countries all over the world. These delegations brought various fine genres such as folk dancing, folk music, circus acts and juggling to the festival.

Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre performed their craft with the acts - Dragon dancing, bull-fighting and the folk love duet.

The Vietnamese delegation performed 34 free programmes at the open-air festival to serve more than ten thousand audience members and to teach pupils from the schools of Monterrey in performing water puppet.
