The Deputy Head of the Market Department under the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, said that Vietnam’s presence at the event aims to lure more Russian holidaymakers to Vietnam in the future.
Tachiana Mironova, a representative from a travel agency in Moscow, said Russian visitors are interested in travelling to Vietnam because of people’s hospitality, beautiful landscapes along with tasty and cheap food.
She expressed her hope that direct air routes from Moscow to Nha Trang city or Binh Thuan province in Vietnam’s south central region will be launched in the future.
