According to Mr. Vu The Binh - Head of Organizing Committee, the mart attracts the participation of exhibitors from 22 countries and territories and 42 Viet Nam’s provinces and cities. Untill this moment, there are 508 official exhibitor booths, of which international booths and domestic booths are 154 and 354, respectively. Currently, 665 agencies including 256 tour operators, 146 hotels and resorts, 186 tourism service businesses, 10 airlines and 67 tourism management agencies, tourism associations and tourism promotion centers have registered to participate in the mart.

VITM Ha Noi 2014 is expected to become Viet Nam’s biggest travel mart with over 3,000 trade visitors and 50,000 public visitors.

At the mart, businesses that registered to participate in Tourism Stimulus Program 2014 will offer various promotion programs. Specifically, airlines will provide approximately 15,000 tickets with promotional fares from VND 190,000 on international routes and from VND 330,000 on domestic routes; travel agencies will offer over 8,000 promotional tours with 60% discount off the regular tour price, more than 600 free coupons for hotels, restaurants and lucky draw program…

According to Organizing Committee, 7 international conferences and workshops, 11 press conferences introducing inbound and outbound tourism products, 3 cooperation agreement signing ceremonies, a tourism forum and many other activities will be organized in the frame work of VITM Ha Noi 2014.

The closing ceremony will be broadcast live on HTV Channel on 6th April 2014.
