(TITC) - According to Hue Monuments Conversation Centre, from 22 April to 15 September 2017, Hue Imperial Citadel will be open at night (7.00 pm – 10.00 pm) to serve visitors and create more the highlight in the heritage tour in the Viet Nam’s Central region.
The Hue Imperial Citadel (Dai Noi) will be open to tourists from 19:00 to 22:00 from April 22, according to the Hue Relics Preservation Centre.
Some places in the Hue Imperial Citadel, the central Thua Thien-Hue province, will open to welcome visitors at night from next summer as a pilot project of the Hue Monuments Conservation Centre.
The Hue Monuments Conservation Centre has finished the restoration of Phu Van Lau, or Pavilion of Edicts, located within the Hue Imperial Citadel, which has been a UNESCO Word Cultural Heritage site since 1993.
Vietnamese visitors, including overseas Vietnamese, will be able to visit the Hue Imperial Citadel in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue from February 8-10 (the first to third day of the Lunar New Year) for free.
