The Ninh Binh provincial Department of Tourism and the Viet Nam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) have signed a strategic cooperation deal in order to promote IT application in the tourism sector and boost popularization on the provincial tourism images, according to VNPT on January 18.
