18 antiques returned to Viet Nam
Vietnamese Ambassador to Germany Doan Xuan Hung handed over 18 antiques from different cultural periods to the National Museum of Vietnamese History in Ha Noi on August 9.  
Low-cost carrier Vietjet Air will partner up with Can Tho to promote tourism in the Mekong Delta city.
Vietjet and the city’s People’s Committee signed a Memorandum of Understanding to this effect during an investment promotion event hosted by Can Tho on August 10.

Can Tho receives some 5.2 million tourists
The Mekong Delta city of Can Tho greeted nearly 5.2 million domestic and foreign tourists from the start of the year, a year-on-year rise of 10.7%, grossing revenue of over VND2.18 trillion to reach 62.3% of the year’s plan, a 22.3% increase over a year earlier.

44 new caves found in Phong Nha – Ke Bang national park
