(TITC) – Aiming to diversify activities of Hue Festival 2016, from May 4 – 5, an international hot air balloon performance will take place with the participation of pilots and balloonists from Thailand, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Switzerland, the Republic of Korea, the US and the Philippines.
An annual festival commemorating General Le Chan, who is believed to be the founder of Hai Phong, was held on March 16 (the fifth day of the second lunar month).
A festival honouring the making of ethnic wood sculptures and musical instruments was held in the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum on March 18.
