Local airlines have initiated plans to restore the entire domestic flight network in June to meet the travel demand of passengers as the country moves past the novel coronavirus period.
The Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (CAAV) has notified Vietnamese airlines that seat distancing and restrictions on passenger numbers are to be abolished from 00:00 on May 7.

The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will provide free-of-charge air tickets for doctors, nurses, medical experts and transport goods serving Covid-19 fight without charge from April 9-30.
