Vietnam’s first tourism TV channel will start broadcasting on Saturday (Oct 9), the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) and Vietnam Television (VTV) announced.

The channel will broadcast every day from 6 a.m to midnight on VCTV cable television station.
Deputy Director General of VNAT, Nguyen Manh Cuong, said the channel would promote Vietnam’s culture, tourism and its development and provide information about products and services to local and international travelers. He expects the channel to be broadcast worldwide in the near future.
