The documents were issued under the reign of King Tu Duc in the 13 th year of his reign (1860), the 14th year (1861), the 15th year (1862), the 17th year (1864), the 21 st year (1868), the 27th year (1874) and the 28th year (1875).

All of them featured decisions on approving positions and appointing tasks to Tran Van Uc in Kim Chuy village (now Tan Loc Commune, Loc Ha District).

The documents, which were made of thin, smooth and yellow paper, were assessed as one of the most valuable collections of Nguyen dynasty historical documents in Ha Tinh Province.
