A hot air balloon festival is set to get underway in the Mekong Delta province of An Giang in early September to mark the 77th anniversary of National Day (September 2).
Local people and visitors to Hanoi will soon have the chance to take journeys in hot air balloons and helicopters to view the capital from above.
Tourists can watch a hot air balloon festival when visiting Hue City during the long holiday of Reunification Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1).
