A large number of visitors have visited the traditional farm model of the Thai ethnic minority group in Nghe An province, which was built up in the Tregomeur Zoological garden in the Cotes d’Armor province, France, on June 27.

The plan for building the model with material brought from Vietnam has been developed by the two countries’ authorities for several years.
“The model is a clear evidence of the cooperation between Nghe An and Cotes d’Armor,†said the President of the General Council of Cotes d’Armor.
Vice Chairman of the Nghe An provincial People’s Committee Thai Van Hang said the event will help promote links between the two provinces and the two countries in general.
The Cotes d’Armor administration and the Cotes d’Armor Vietnam association held cultural exchange activities including a lion dance performance, and a fair to introduce Vietnamese foods and drinks.
Since the establishment of cooperation between Nghe An and Cotes d’Armor 15 years ago, there have been many joint projects in the fields of agriculture, science, education and training, public health, environmental protection, and hunger elimination and poverty alleviation.
