On the afternoon of April 6, at 26 Le Loi street, on the sideline of Hue Festival 2012, the Thua Thien Hue provincial Union of Literature and Arts Associations in collaboration with Art Photography Associations of Hanoi, Hue and Ho Chi Minh City opened a photography exhibition on Hanoi – Hue – Ho Chi Minh City.
150 works at the exhibition presented the beauties landscapes and people of the cities. Viewers will enjoy in all sincere sentiments of a lover of beauty, love their homeland by the soul of the artist, happiness before the changes and development of the 3 major cities under a variety of different angles.
On the same day, at Thuong Bac Park, Hue city inaugurated the "calligraphy space" with the participation of 4 generations from children to age 70. They have together produced interesting poems about the ancient city of Hue from past to present on a 10 meter long purple ribbon.
Besides, the Hue calligraphy club showcased 2012 letters of calligraphy to domestic and international visitors.
This Northern bank of Perfume River – based Park is also the home of a Hue beer festival, luring hundreds of people to taste Hue beer, Festival beer and Carlsberg beer.
